Can I Exchange My Order? How Do I Make a Return?

Absolutely! We have a simple exchange policy. If you’d like to exchange your order, just send us a message on Instagram with your order number, the item name you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Please note that any exchange costs are the customer’s responsibility.

You can exchange jewellery within 4 working days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only allowed for damaged items or if you received the wrong item.

What Are the Shipping Costs?

Our shipping charges are Rs. 250 PKR.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message with tracking information so you can follow your order to its destination. If you don’t receive this message, please send us a message on Instagram, and we’ll provide you with your tracking number.
