I had a huge bump on my nose after my piercing. I tried every remedy, medicine and every type of jewellery(including gold). Then I got this surgical steel ring and I severe my bump disappeared in less than a week. It’s been a year now that I’ve been wearing it and it hasn’t tarnished yet. Very good quality.
